Westpac Marine Services, Inc. is a small family held corporation. Our policies come from how we like to be treated. So when you deal with us either through our website, on the phone or in person you can expect the same sort of service that we as owners would like to receive. Some of our policies are:
1. When you call during business hours a person will answer the phone. We do not
have voice mail or any other electronic system that runs you around in a mouse
maze. We do have individuals who have very specialized talents and you may have
to wait to get a question answered. If you do not wish to wait we will return
your call. After hours we do have voice mail. Messages left will be answered the
next business day.
2. We do not collect names of customers, or potential customers, to sell, loan
or trade with other businesses. Your information stays within our walls.
3. We will not bombard you will other promotions, deals or specials unless you
are an ongoing wholesale customer. Wholesale promotions are sent out by email.
