Inflatable Life Jacket Rearming Kits
We carry rearm kits for Revere, SOSpenders, Stearns and Mustang and most other brands of inflatable life jackets. If you know the model number of your life jacket the kit for it will most likely be listed below.

If you have an auto-inflate life jacket it is extremely important to replace the water activated bobbin or pill on a regular basis to prevent an unwanted inflation. How often will depend on your usage and climate. We suggest that you inspect the inflation system annually but if you are an active sailor you might find that quarterly or even monthly inspections are required.
To inspect the inflation system:
- Remove the CO2 cartridge
- Remove the water activated bobbin or pill
- Inspect and replace the bobbin or pill if necessary
- Weigh the CO2 cartridge and compare to the weight stamped or printed on the cartridge, replace if necessary
- Re-install the water activated bobbin or pill
- Ensure that the manual activation lever is in the armed (not discharge) position and that any safety pin or clip is in place
- Re-install the CO2 cartridge
