Manufactured by Cal-June with a tough, resilient vinyl surface. All life floats are USCG approved to specification 160.027 and come compete with reflective tape. Please note that life floats must be shipped by motor freight and motor freight companies normally will only deliver to a business address. They ship as class 250, item number 346100.
